Altum Cuvee Orange 2021

A blend of biodynamic wines: Sauvignon (67%) and Yellow Muscat (33%). The

Sauvignon, from grapes hand-picked on 25 September 2021, was macerated for thirteen days. After spontaneous fermentation it was aged for 36 months on fine lees, one third in an acacia barrel and another third in French oak barriques. The Yellow Muscat, from overripe grapes hand-picked on 2 October 2021, was macerated in an amphora without any additives until the first full moon of spring 2022, then aged for a further 30 months on fine lees, also in the amphora.
