Altum Cuvee Orange 2019

A blend of premium macerated white wines of orange-amber color from organically grown Sauvignon and Yellow Muscat grapes hand-picked on October 5th, 2019. After spontaneous fermentation, it is aged for 28 months on fine lees, 1/2 in wooden acacia barrels and 1/2 in used barrique barrels.
